At Maiet we seek integral solutions as a team. We bring our experience and tools to create order and progressive development for those organizations or individuals who want to grow, renew themselves or simply unblock their income flow in a creative way.
I am Noelia Montanaro, a graduate in Tourism and a Transpersonal Therapist. This background allowed me to integrate two worlds that are usually kept apart: commercial and financial development, and a deep understanding of human and psychological processes.
Over the years, I have moved through the working world from different perspectives: as an employee, entrepreneur and leader. Each of these experiences brought valuable learnings, but the deepest and most revealing insight —the one that gave rise to MAIET— came from recognizing what transcends any role or position: our human dimension.
My professional path allowed me to grow, develop resilience and understand that organizations are much more than operational structures: they are human systems in constant transformation.
In my personal experience, I observed that, even with resources, training and talent, many people, teams and organizations encounter obstacles that limit their sustainable development. Among them stand out the lack of clarity in roles, exhaustion, difficulties in managing conflict, the absence of recognition and the relational dynamics that affect cooperation and well-being.
MAIET is born precisely from that understanding: supporting organizations, leaders and professionals in turning challenges into opportunities for evolution, strengthening both the results and the human potential that makes them possible.
